Counseling
Our counselors work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, big feelings, school stress, and life transitions, and can assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns so your family has support in one place.

Music & Art Classes
Our therapist-led classes for children from birth to age 10 build social-emotional skills and give caregivers and kids a joyful way to make music and create together in a small, supportive group.

Community Partnerships
We partner with schools, hospitals, recovery centers, assisted living facilities, and hospice agencies to bring therapy, workshops, and training to the students, patients, and residents you serve.
