Tune Together
Adults 18+ | $35/Person
Tune Together is a music group for Adults (ages 18+) with disabilities. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, sessions aim to help participants build confidence, develop positive peer relationships, and engage in self-expression & creativity. All Tune Together sessions are 60-minutes long, and held weekly at varying locations and times. Participants can register for one or several sessions on our online booking page. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

Teen Songwriting Group
Teens 13-16 Years | $350/10-Week Session*
This 10-week group focuses on expressive communication, building confidence, and developing leadership skills through the power of songwriting. Participants will explore various songwriting formats including instrumental, vocal, percussive, and lyrical approaches, from structured compositions to open-ended improvisation. Whether creating song parodies, responding to personal themes, or discovering what makes their favorite songwriters special, teens will find their unique voice and build confidence through creative expression.

Music Therapy Sensory Group
Kids 8-14 Years | $350/10-Week Session*
These 10-week groups focus on sensory exploration and developing fine and gross motor skills through instruments, sounds, touch, and movement. Sessions may include meditation, receptive listening, and active participation with sensory objects, materials, and instruments, creating a rich multi-sensory musical experience tailored to each child's needs.

Music & Self-Care Support Group
LGBTQIA+ Adults 18-40 Years | FREE
This weekly ongoing group provides a safe, affirming space focused on emotional wellbeing, community building, and expressive communication. Through music re-creation, songwriting, song parodies, lyric analysis, music-assisted relaxation, rhythm and drumming, projective drawing to music, and meaningful discussion, participants will find support and connection in a community that celebrates their authentic selves. Above all, this group prioritizes safety and support, creating a space where members can explore, heal, and thrive together.

Música en Español
Adults with Disabilities 18-40 Years | $350/10-Week Session
This 10-week group focuses on expressive and receptive communication along with motor skills, all through the rich world of Spanish-language music. Participants will explore Latin pop, cumbias, mariachi, bachata, reggaeton, and more through re-creative, improvised, and pre-recorded music experiences. Whether playing, singing, or dancing to artists like Selena, Natalia Lafourcade, Carla Morrison, Juan Gabriel, Vicente Fernández, Bad Bunny, and many others, this group celebrates Hispanic musical culture while supporting therapeutic goals in a vibrant, culturally-affirming environment.
