It’s easy to feel isolated — especially when you're navigating something that most people around you don't understand. Our therapy groups create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, create & express alongside others who get it, and remember that you're not doing this alone.
Tune Together
Adults 18+ | $35/Person
Tune Together is a music group for Adults (ages 18+) with disabilities. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, sessions aim to help participants build confidence, develop positive peer relationships, and engage in self-expression & creativity. All Tune Together sessions are 60-minutes long, and held weekly at varying locations and times. Participants can register for one or several sessions on our online booking page. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

The Sonatina Center is committed to direct actions that bridge the gap of accessibility to services for the BIPOC community as a form of reparations. We have committed to offering free individual services to any BIPOC. Availability is current limited to 1 scholarship per group session. Please contact us for more information.
