Tune Together
Adults 18+ | $35/Person
Tune Together is a music group for Adults (ages 18+) with disabilities. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, sessions aim to help participants build confidence, develop positive peer relationships, and engage in self-expression & creativity. All Tune Together sessions are 60-minutes long, and held weekly at varying locations and times. Participants can register for one or several sessions on our online booking page. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

Music & Self-Care Support Group
LGBTQIA+ Adults 18-40 Years | FREE
This weekly ongoing group provides a safe, affirming space focused on emotional wellbeing, community building, and expressive communication. Through music re-creation, songwriting, song parodies, lyric analysis, music-assisted relaxation, rhythm and drumming, projective drawing to music, and meaningful discussion, participants will find support and connection in a community that celebrates their authentic selves. Above all, this group prioritizes safety and support, creating a space where members can explore, heal, and thrive together.
