Autism music playgroup

AGES 2-4 with Parent/Caregiver | $20/Session
A weekly music playgroup group for children (ages 2-4) who have an ASD diagnosis. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, sessions aim to provide children and parents with opportunities for structured and unstructured musical play experiences, sensory exploration, social communication and peer play development along with connections to other parents and caregivers. Playgroups are 45-minutes long, and held on Tuesdays at 8 am at the Dover, NH location. Participants can register for one or several sessions on our online booking page. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

C.A.T. Camp

Ages 4-9 Years | $375/Child (Includes all 5-Days of Camp)
Session II: Moovin’ & Groovin’ | July 22, 2024 - July 26, 2024 | 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
This creative arts therapy summer camp is for kids to work on emotional regulation, awareMness, and coping skills.  This music-focused group provides opportunities for musical improvisation, music games, movement, drumming and songwriting. Participants will be immersed in music experiences that include listening, playing, creating, and moving to music. Kids will have opportunities to build relationships with peers while boosting self-confidence and social-emotional skills. Camp will be facilitated by Cacia King Herlihy and Marissa Scott with opportunities for structured group and free time every day. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

Tune Together

Adults 18+ | $35/Person

Tune Together is a music group for Adults (ages 18+) with disabilities. Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, sessions aim to help participants build confidence, develop positive peer relationships, and engage in self-expression & creativity. All Tune Together sessions are 60-minutes long, and held weekly at varying locations and times. Participants can register for one or several sessions on our online booking page. Intake paperwork is required for all first-time participants.

The Sonatina Center is committed to direct actions that bridge the gap of accessibility to services for the BIPOC community as a form of reparations. We have committed to offering free individual services to any BIPOC. Availability is current limited to 1 scholarship per group session. Please contact us for more information.

PRIVATE INSURANCE & FINANCIAL RESOURCES

At this time, the Sonatina Center does not accept any private insurance. If you are a Medicaid member, we encourage you to check with your local State Area Agency to inquire about Medicaid waiver programs and additional funding resources.

If you wish to seek reimbursement through private insurance, we are happy to provide you with a “Super Bill” each session which will include CPT codes for services and our provider numbers. You can submit these invoices to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. Please contact Marissa Scott for additional information regarding private insurance reimbursement.
