Walking Through Grief With Art

This art therapy group is designed to offer support and coping skills for children who are in bereavement.  An art therapist will lead the group in a creative process, enabling others to connect and share their feelings and experiences freely. While creating art, attendees will experience healing in a safe and caring environment.  Participants will learn about themselves, life, and other people in grief, and work on a collaborative group project. Light refreshments are provided.

This group is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 9:30-11:00 am. Registration is required.

ICAN of the Seacoast

ICAN of the Seacoast, NH is a chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network, Inc. (ICAN), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by reducing preventable cesareans through education, supporting cesarean recovery, and advocating for vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).

Our monthly meetings are usually the 3rd Tuesday of the month. We have occasional Sunday meetings and sometimes we meet the 2nd Tuesday instead of the 3rd. They are held at The Sonatina Center. Unit U is at the back of the building on the lower level. You can park in the back lot and come in through the door at the center of the building.
